Valentine's Day, time for chocolate, But would it be a bit boring if we just stick to the same old recipes?
Today we came up with 2 interesting ideas for your sweetest Valentine's ever.
Quick and easy to make, but satisfaction guaranteed!
White Chocolate Fondue (serves 2)
Ingerdients :
100 g. white chocolate
2 kiwi fruits
2 sunkist orange
1 large piece of pineapple
10 red grapes
Methods :
1. Cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange nicely on a serving plate.
2. Chop the chocolate into pieces and melt them in a small fondue pot.
(ceramic oil burning stove works well too)
3. Stir until smooth. Dip the fruits into the chocolate and eat immediately.
Molten Chocolate Pudding (makes 4)
Ingerdients :
175 g. dark chocolate, chopped
25 g. unsalted butter
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
75 g. sugar
25 g. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Methods :
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Grease the moulds with melted butter.
Line the bottom of the moulds with wax paper,
grease them again and arrange in a baking tray.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in a microwave oven
(medium heat) for 1-2 minutes. stir until smooth
3. Cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Then the salt and vanilla.
Sift the flour into the butter mixture and stir well.
Add the melted chocolate.
4. Pour the mixture into the moulds.
Bake for 10 minuters.
Remove from the oven and put on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve warm.
